Meet Rachelle
I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. As a mental health counselor, I work with children, teenagers, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges—whether those challenges feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply hard to put into words. My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed lens, which means I recognize how past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and respond to the world around us.
I use a trauma-informed approach to support clients in healing from PTSD and complex PTSD, helping them process experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. I also work with individuals experiencing ADHD, autism, depression, and anxiety, focusing on practical tools to manage symptoms, build resilience, and support everyday well-being.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to take the next step or are simply curious about how therapy might help, I invite you to reach out and connect. I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
